When Sixth Sense was first released, it didn't achieve worldwide success — despite its innovative use of 16mm footage and unique film angles. Today, Scott Aichner's work can be appreciated in a new light: a remarkable documentary about bodyboarding in the 1990s, a reminder that we are always learning from the past.
